How's your day been friends?

well as you know yesterday our AC went out. My husband was able to kick the breaker on and it worked. Today, he actually called the AC repair man all by himself and had the guy come look at it. $200, a new fan and more freon it works again.. This was the same guy that came out to fix it about a year ago.. he tells my husband "I told that woman that it needed to be replaced the last time I was here" My husband said "that woman is my wife" that shut the guy up and he got to work. So today it is much cooler in my house, and hopefully I will be able to sleep comfortably. Today I am working.. it is SSDD I am glad your hair turned out ok.. it sounded as if it might have turned bright green by the end of the day

Well Gemini Sorry to hear that you have had not too good a day but mine has been great. The sun shone all day, I drove home from Surrey to Devon without hitting any traffic and made good time. I had a lovely chat to my neighbour upon arriving home and a giggle about my skirt blowing up jus like Marilyn Monroe, I didn't want to cook after the drive so treated myself and my son to a Chinese and now I am on myLot catching up with my friends and discussions and having fun. Huggles to cheer you up on there way.......... Ellie :D

i know i was gutted about max dying too have just watched tonights episode and i wont ruin it for ya but it made me cry my eyes out lol! my day has been ok, i took my daughter to nursery this morning and made dinner, then we went to the library, we came back and the kids played with the girls next door for an hour and now they are both fast asleep yey! am well pleased so am having a few hours to myslef here :)

We had a bad day as well. We all slept late because we'd gone out to see a movie last night. We were trying to find something to do today, and found a lavender festival about half an hour drive... so we went. They promised food and crafts and vendors, as well as demonstrations, tips, recipes, and pick your own lavendar. We paid a total of $6 entry, which isn't bad considering we are 7 people. The "food" was an ice cream truck, the "crafts" were a couple of stands of towels someone had sewn a patch on, and the "vendors" was a tent of Mary Kay and the like. There were no demonstrations, but if we wanted to wait a while we could have listened to a sous chef... but we were bored out of our minds!!! There was nothing to do. I was quite upset that I paid $6 for that, then if I had picked some Lavendar I would have paid more for that as well. We left after not even half an hour there, empty handed. Then hubby got lost on the way back and we must have driven for about an hour. Finally we stopped at a mall and had some lunch, then walked around the mall some more. I browsed a craft shop, and bought a baking sheet to bake bread bowls which I'm very excited about. Then we went to Walmart and came home. Now I am making pizza dough and sauce, I have to grate some cheese and make the pizzas and some cheese sticks for dinner. It's already 6pm... seems like the day went by too fast.

it is not good at all for me. initially the morning was clody and rainy. it set my nood off. then dad's health was not ok. when i came office drenched in rain and called home, i heard dad is having heavy cough. I again called at noon and it seems he is s bit ok now,.

I'm sorry that your day didn't turn out so well. I worked last night and this morning, I went out to work in the yard. My night went very well but my morning was all messed up. It seemed that nothing went right when I went to work outside. I kept making myself keep going though. It finally turned out nice and I got some things done. We were wore out after working all night and day though. It rained here this evening also. We needed a little bit though. I hope tonight and tomorrow is alot better for you and I.

My day has been great so far. I slept very late, and it was storming outside which made it even more perfect for sleeping. Then, I got up and ate lunch, that's how late I slept. And now I am on here...perfect so far.

My Sunday wasn't too bad, we came back home from a weekend of camping, which started out with me getting in not so good of a mood, another discussion lol, but turned out good the rest of the weekend. We had a few little showers but they didn't last long. So got home, unpacked the truck, got things sorted out, and washed 'camping' dirt off the dog, which she loved. Talked to both of my daughters, one in Texas, one in Virginia, it was nice to hear from them. Spent the evening relaxing, sat outside for a bit, and then watched a movie with my s/o. So, all in all it wasn't a bad day.

Oh may, gemini_rose! What a sad tale. I must say I am sorry for the sadness in your day; kind of puts a new spin on "when it rains, it pours"! It is very kind of you to inquire of us how our day has progessed. I have spent the day in my pajamas at the computer and watching movies with my two younger kids. I also had the good fortune to speak with my eldest daughter by phone this afternoon. I now have my house to myself with only my cat, Malley, by my side while I converse with you. My dear, gemini_rose, you have helped to round out my day in a most positive way; you have made me to feel as if you are concerned about what my day has been like in the wake of yours not being the best it could have been. You are a true Mylotter making others feel better for conversing with you.

today has been a hazy sweltering muggyass day.. and ive spent the bulk of it in game working faction, farming coin, and grinding out a lvl. when (IF) it cools off some, im going to get my butt in gear and get a few things done.. otherwise im just gonna go to sleep and hope tommorow is better weather so im not this immobile puddle of goo all day long.

Well today, been stressed out with my Front Desk subject. I had 3 quizzes this morning, and it stressed me out. I had 2 hours of sleep when I got home, then right after, I went to my work. So pretty much it was tiring. Although it pressures me a little with what I do, I still love keeping myself busy and preoccupied. And I've been pigging out a lot too. Lol =p
