I need help in PAYPAL...

I already receive my first payout at paypal using my credit card. HAve you already register your card to paypal? What type of card it is? Using debit card must have visa/mastercard logo on it. then you will be given verification code after 2-3 days you have to enter that code correctly to get verified.

thats funny, why is it not valid? i have a debit card but its from Union Bank but before registration for paypal i went to union bank first and make sure that the debit card is active. if we are going to register for paypal we have to make sure that our debit card has atleast 200 pesos for paypal will get something from there for tax or something before they validate your debit card. try to ask banco de oro for details. i am sure they are going to help yo with that. my debit card is from union bank and i didnt incounter any problem with it. hope i did help you. if you have any question to ask just feel free to ask.

if your having a hard time in paypal just register in moneybooker.,this one is more safer than paypal.,i haven't got my payout yet but my friend got hers last month., so i know that you can receive and send payment thru moneybooker.,all you have to do is when you already had an account is to link your savings account and don't ever forget to ask swiftcode to your bank.,if you have more questions please PM me.,thanks! have a nice day ahead!!! see you around!!!
