Set your watches in advance of time.

What can you say about people who are setting their watches ahead of time? I do know friends of mine who are setting their wrist watches in advance of 10,15,30 min or even 1 hour. Reason is to avoid coming to work or an appointment late. What can you say? What is the logic there?

i guess theres a logic on it..that is if that suits them..why not...for them its one way to beat tardiness on appointments..which for me is a good thing to be always on time or on schedule..

I set my alarm clock 15 minutes early so that I kid myself I'm not really getting up at 5.30am! Then i see how much i can get done by the time it really IS 5.45. Sounds illogical but it works for me. The rest of the clocks are about right.

It sounds that you use it for more time to prepare. Thanks.
