Have you recieved more than 5 payments in your paypal account?

My friend tells that Paypal allows just 5 transactions per year for a free account.She says that, for more transactions the account has to be upgraded..Is this true? Have you recieved more than 5 transactions in a year to your free Paypal account?Is there any limit for transactions in a year? Does it need to be upgraded?If so, how much does that cost?

I've never heard anything like that about PayPal... But then again, I haven't had 5 payments on my account yet. So who knows. But I hope not, as that would really suck. I like my account to remain free. I already went to all the trobule of verifying my account with my credit card.

No dear. As of now, I have received several payouts from mylot. I have cashed out 100 USD and there are payments from other forums as well. I did not upgrade my account but have only given my bank account details when I went for the cash out. They transfered fund within 10 working days.

I haven't ever had a payment in my paypal account as I am fairly new in this whole money making online thing. But I hope what you say is not true, as that would make it quite hard to get paid by all the sites I have joined! Maybe you can find more information in the FAQ-section on the paypalwebsite. :)
