My world thrives on chaos.

I think my life depicts this very much. LOL!! I am a mother of five nothing in my world is ever calm or normal. I live one chaotic situation after another. The school calls your son was peeing behind a tree at recess(and they say he doesn't need a TSS anymore. LOL!!), your daughter and another girl where taking snacks out of the snack cabinet. Life is just never at a easy keel it's alway full throttle and full steam a head into whatever chaotic mess happens. Ever hear they saying when it rains it pours. Well that pretty much somes up the story of my life. LOL!! There are so many more stories I can say but I have to get repunzel down stairs from her crying fit because for the first time in her life she wants to have pants on instead of the cute dress that I have put her into .. Ugh I think I'm going to have a trying summer and this one ain't even a teen yet. I really think with three of five of my kids being girls the universe has plotted against me. He he.

i really shouldnt gloat. but im having probably THE most relaxing and laid back summer for the first time in my life. yes ive only got one child at home now (part of whats making this an easy breather) said child is also enjoying herself immensely being allowed to get dressed if she feels like it. or not if she dont (i was informed that "vacation" means "no pants days") she quickly hurries through her daily chores first thing in the morning and then spends pretty much the rest of her day frolicking in her pretty summer jammies barefooted. LOL she has already devoured all of the books i bought for her "summer reading" within the first week of vacation (two different series sets totalling 24 books give or take, each over 100 pages long) and has asked for more books! now we are just enjoying the lazy hazy days of summer, complete with sleeping late, peanutbutter and jelly sammiches iced tea and lemonade (remember those countrytime commercials? where the kids are running around without any shoes chasing butterflies, swingin on tires from tall trees, and goin fishing? ive done my best to recreate them!) a friend of mine gamme some very good advice once.. dont sweat the petty stuff.. just pet the sweaty stuff! doesnt really matter if their clothes match.. or if theyve got shoes on.. if they get filthy.. theyre washable take a breath.. relax.. let em run wild child. youll have more fun and so will they

My daughter today spent an hour crying because I couldn't find the pants that she wanted to wear. LOL!!! I think my clothes horse of a 5yr is going to drive me nuts. LOL!!!! I usually try and keep the house as clean as possible because I have OCD really bad and this is the worst I have ever let the house get and I'm having panic attacks. LOL!!! I keep telling myself when they are older and out of the house I'll be wishing for these days to come back LOL!! I love them and they are having a blast messing with me. My daughters know how bad my ocd issue is and they rearrange all the dvds so I have to put them back they way they were and they giggle the whole time while they watch me do this. LOL!!!

I have the pouring rain of life too bella, I have four and it is just one thing after another! Mondays top the week though as the kids are tired after the relaxing of the weekend and so do nothing but fall out and fight and just give me grief! I too have the wonderful summer hols to look forward too. Although mine do not finish school until July 18th so I have about 3 weeks yet, well just under.

Bless your heart, I have great empathy for you Bella, however reading your post I also had a giggle at your expense. You have written out your rant with the loving resigned breath of many mothers. Keep up the good work, I have heard it is all worth it in the end... However I do not know when that end comes, as I have 2 older boys 26 and 22 and trust me the end is not yet!

LOL!!! I think that would be a great idea write a book of the shorts that they do that are comedic and present it to them when they move out of the house. Hmmm. I think that is a wonderful idea thank you .

Oh I know how you feel as you see I am a child of five children and my mother had to deal with the same thing. Things have never really been easy for her and she is still working hard for a few of them even though most us all grown up. She loves us dearly but sometimes I wish she would rest up more and she is always on the go. Too many things to do and a lot of hard work to get done for her kids. I guess that just comes with children.
