i work for a window installation company that works on public projects in excess of $ 500,000 in upstate ny and in excess of $ 1,500,000 in
long island, n.y.
changes to the wicks labor law are effective 7/1/08 in new your state.
how do these changes affect our business?
does it matter if we hace a direct bid as opposed to being a subcontractor?
