Yes I think.. it is really need ful to protect them and make in proper shap and size..

What kind of under garment are you referring to - slip, bra, panties? I think the last 2 are necessities, sure, if you are a woman. Briefs and possibly an undershirt on a man is necessary. A slip is not always necessary for a woman since so many clothes now are completely lined. Most of the time, though I still wear a slip. It's just whatever you get used to and what you prefer.I would feel awfully lost without my undies!
