Any good tips to get rid of acne?

I have a problem with acne scars... the moment I get rid of the dratted acne, I have to be dealing with scars... Are there any home remedies you guys out there know of that might help?

Visit a good dermatologist. You will find it more effective than suggestions, which may only worsen your condition further because every one's skin is differnt.
