hot flashes

what does hot flashes mean? some times i would be completely ok then the body gets hot and i statr sweeting is something wrong. your advicer opinions please

Hi I just checked your profile to see your age. Hot flashes usually only happen with older women who are going through the change of life. Its sounds like your hormones are all over the place. I dont mean to pry, but are you pregnant?

your not prying, i am not pregnant it has been happening for a while now it mostly happens when i am in deep thoughts and no matter how cold the AC is i would be sweating like crazy. is there a way i could get rid of this? thanks for responding

Well thats one thing ruled out.... I think you should make a visit to your doctor, it sounds hormonal, and he will be able to give you something to balance it all out....:-)

I have the same problems. i am only 34. Not pregnant. I am being tested for low estrogen. I have PCOS.
