Hello lotters, Does anyone here who has falling hair? Why do you think it happens? When I'm brushing my hair most especially after taking a bath, I use to comb/brush my hair after minute I found my comb there's hair on it already. Can you help me with this hair problem. Any suggestions?

Hair loss can come from many different things here are a few things that might help you Tension Too much work Illness Poor diet Over-exposure to the sun Perming Amateur bleaching Too frequent and inexpert use of tints, rinses or other colourants Here is what you can do to prevent hair fall Shampoo regularly. Remember, a CLEAN scalp is a HEALTHY SCALP. Brahmi amla oil also promotes hair growth. A high protein diet with plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products is a must. Drink 10-12 glass of water everyday. Use a very mild shampoo and condition your hair at least twice a week. When you do, make sure you rinse out the conditioner thoroughly, otherwise residue build-up will cause your hair to look limp and dull. Know your vitamins! IRON is important for healthy hair and brittle, limp hair indicates an iron deficiency. Spinach has a good iron content, so gulp it down! hope this will help you.

don't comb your hair if it is still wet. just dry it to the use of electric fan before you comb it. combing your hair while still wet will cause hair fall.

My hair also falls out when I comb it. We lose hairs everyday. I think it is something like 500 hairs a day that the average person loses. I would not worry about it unless it starts falling out quite a bit.

I have had this problem once. I had had surgery. And it was apparently a reaction to the medicine I had to take. When I was done with the medicine the problem went away. You could ask your doctor if the problem persists.
