in oder to do this you need to have a positive attitude towards waking up. this will help a lot. if you could get someone to do it with you may also be fun.

being a mother of son who goes to school early in the morning has its advantages i have to admit. it hasn't been long since i started doing this though. after sending my son to school, i finish the basic household chores and make sure that my younger daughter is fine and happy. hehe then i do some stretching exercises and some yoga. it's not the standard yoga and all but it does loosen up my muscles and joints and makes me more flexible and alert. only then will i have my milo or breakfast.

I do not do anything before morning coffee. NO way could not do it. I need that first cup of coffee first!
