Patrosa and Christine who will it be?

So for the first time Patrosa won a challange.. LOL!! yeah him. So he got to pick first for the staff of his side of the kitchen. Funny thing this year they didn't bring everyone back like they did other years. LOL! But that is ok. My question here to you guys is Do you think Jen is going to sabatoge whoever picks her and who do you think is going to win this?
I know Patrosa had a hard time coming up with his menu and that Christine just blew through it.. Do you think the culinary student has one up on the caterer?
Well we will find out definitely next week but as for now what are your thoughts?

I have a feeling Christina is going to win this because Petrozza is just so sloppy! All throughout the season, the show kept emphasizing how dirty and sloppy Petrozza is. If you have a distinguished restaurant, would you want your patrons to think/know how messy the kitchen is and that's where your food came from? That's a solid foundation for food-borne illnesses! I like Petrozza and he seems like a pretty genuine and happy guy. If he were cleaner, I wouldn't mind seeing him win, but I think Christina really deserves to win it. Although, when I think of all the competitors, I don't think any of them were really of the calibre to run a Gordan Ramsey kitchen. Christina is the best of the bunch.
I think Jen will be OK at first. I think I'd prefer to choose Jen over Matt because at least Jen has some skills in the kitchen. Matt's quality of cooking could drag down his team.

Jen might have some skills but her attitude can make or break a kitchen to. Yes chef was saying he was messy but they showed the mess and it wasn't to the point of contamination. I have 2 yrs of culinary arts and I also know that chef would have cut him very early on if he was to the point where he could make someone sick. He wouldn't have let him stay that long and open himself to the lawsuits that could come of it. If you know what I mean. But I think Patrosa is a little more seasoned than Christine.

me either I can't wait to see who wins it and takes home the new job and how it all plays out I think the most entertainment we're going to get is between Jenn and Matt and their attitudes. LOL!!!

I agree with you that Jen's attitude is disaster for a kitchen. Matt has an attitude problem as well - he's such a whiney baby! Between the two, it really is a matter of choosing between the lesser of two evils. Heh. I think the show really played up Petrozza's sloppiness too, but there must be some truth to the matter. He admits it himself. He needs to clean up his act. I actually would be happy to see Petrozza win, but I have a feeling Christina will. I can't wait til the finale next week!

I think Christina will come out on top. I think because she's young, and Ramsay can mould her into the kind of chef he wants, he'll pick her. We'll see tomorrow night.

We will definitely see tomorrow night I can't wait for it. I'm really excited but though she is young and moldable I would much rather see someone who has knowledge and experience behind it. Patrosa is a steady performer. There is no ups and downs really he's consistant and that is what Christina lacks is consistancy.

Actually i feel Petrosa is a better cook and can keep things calmer than Christine since she's very young and arrogant..well only because she thinks those wins make her better..she forgets Petrosa has come in close to her wins and he never has put her down..he has more experience too!
But who knows..these games never seem to go the way i feel..LOL
