Yes I have. I have gotten several of them from my new friends. I think that it is great that some people do that.

I try to send a thank you but I'm still trying to figure out everything here on mylot. Being considerate of others is a natural part of my personality. When I get an email advising about the acceptance of my friend request, where do you go to thank them?

Sometimes when someone accepts my friend request, I go by their page and leave them a glitter or cool comment. It's something they'll see every time they come to their page. I love them and love sharing them. I don't get thank you's too often. Would prefer more cool or funny comments, they always make me laugh!

I have a few thanks for the add comments on my profile from mylot members who's friend requests I have accepted. I think it was nice of them to thank me.

I have had a few. I think it's a nice thing to do. If I get a new friend and they want some help or advice I am always happy to try and provide it in a private message. I did thank a new friend today for accepting me, but she had asked for some information in a comment on her discusion and I made a friends request so I could send it to her in a private message.

Yes, I received a 'thank you' note from a member whom I have accepted her invitation to be a friend here in mylot. Plus those members whom i have given 'best response' on the topics that I've started. Yes, saying thank you is a very nice gesture indeed. Showing appreciation to the good deeds that we receive from other people. Have a great day!

No I don't believe that I have gotten a thanks for a friend request. I would not have time to thank everyone and still be able to mylot.
