Hi,My nephew came to me this morning asking me tips for his upcoming interview. He is going to have an interview to a call center industry, since I am not so familiar with this one I would like to know from mylotters on what are the possible questions asked in a call center organization and how to answer it. Any tips would truly be appreciated. Happy mylotting!

No offense but you don't need any tips. A call center will hire anyone who can read. If he can't read then there is nothing you can do at this point.

Well, I think there's more than "knowing how to read" anyway, thanks for the thoughts :)

I have worked in more than one call center. So you are telling me that I am wrong? One time all I had to do was put my name, phone # and SS number on an application. I didn't fill out any of it. Call centers are actually a joke. All I had to do was be able to read benevolent. I have been to more than one call center interview.
