foxcash and the 250 visit rule..

I tried to cash out today at foxcash and ran into the 250 vfisit rule. I only have 24 after a month of clicking. I do not understand this rule and their online "help" will not respond. I can not log out of foxcash and I think this has something to do with my low visit status. Is anyone else having problems logging off their site. Can someone explain this 250 rule in english for me.

It's not a rule. It's a gimmick, they do that once the user has made it to payout. They are scammers, they've scammed 2 of my friends and made them really upset.
The "help" probably gets disabled right after.

How were your friends scammed?
Many have been paid so I don't see how you can call it a scam

Well, they made it up to payout and the "help" was working fine before, but the minute they reached it, firecash shut down and it wouldn't let them cash out.
