when is the last time you received a driving ticket

My husband got a ticket about a week ago. He was parked at a meter, I stayed in the car. When he returned he wanted to go to a store, and decided to go with him, in less that 3 minutes we come out to see a ticket on our windshield. It's going to cost us $38.00. shucks

I never ever received a ticket. Once I got pulled over for a breath test. I passed. That's all the contact I have ever had wih police while driving.

Lucky you, I personally have not received a ticket in many many years, my husband on the other hand????? We have even received letters with the picture of his vehicle going through a toll without paying. (he says because he did not have change)

Here there is a system for that: you just pay at the next service station. Hope he'll stay away from tickets for a while. My man once got 4 speeding tickets within one month. After that he has only gotten one more (during the last 7 years). He got the tickets when coming to see me. We met three months or so earlier.

Oh gee, how many points did he get on his license for that? It is hard getting rid of points in NJ for moving violations, plus your insurance will go up.

$38 is kind of high for a parking ticket isnt it? I live in a small town so we have no meters and if it cost that much I am glad we don't, it has been about 7yrs since I got a ticket and it was the big one DWI. It taught me a leason though no more drinking and driving for me.You have a great evening.

Yeah, here in NJ, everything is costly, yes it was $38.00, I better to remember to pay it by 7/10/8, because then it will really skyrocket.
