Do you believed that the sleep on night time is better than day time? In my experienced I believed it, because at night even though I sleep for only 5 to 6 hours I am contented but at day time even I sleep for almost 9 hours, I feel that it still not enough. Have you expreinced it? I hope all of my friends here on mylot could share their opinion. thanks in advance...

Hi friend, I don't believe in neither day sleep nor night sleep.I sleep only when i get sleep. For me there is no particular thing to check whether its night or day. Some people say that early to bed early to rise make a man wiser.I partially believe this.Ofcourse it may come true to some people but not to all. Have a nice day...

Hi friend, thanks for sharing your opinion. There is no really particular time to sleep as long as we feel sleepy, but for me night time really is the best time to sleep. have a nice day and thank you again.

I love sleeping and I think I can sleep at anytime. Of course, it's best if I can sleep at 12am and wake up at 10pm. Too bad.. I am now sleeping at 2am and waking up at 7am. It's the quality of sleep not the quantity of sleep that matters. Most of us sleep better at night because the weather is cooler and it makes our sleep sweeter and more comfortable.

Yes I experienced it too, sleeping at day time is very different because our body used to sleep at night time since we are kids. Its better to wake up in the morning than to wakeup at night.

yes, i believe it. i often experienced that if i didn't sleep in a certain night (maybe i have a program in the night), and i slept in the next day. i still didn't feel good even i slept longer than usual. it is likely because of our biological clock.

Exactly, I too feel that night is better sleep than day. Night is the time that given by to sleep. Even you have slept for 8-9 hours, you can feel the tiredness of both mind and body. But I can't sleep at night because I am in the night shift work. I am really eager to sleep at nights. Thanks
