..If you're looking for a job,what is or are your preferences? do you apply for a job to earn money? to satisfy your interest? to explore your horizon? or to discover yourself more?

i prefer a job where i can earn money and develop my skill, ability and knowledge. well, actually i am happy to be neither an employee nor an employer. i like working alone. i feel free to work alone. i like to be the boss of myself.

sutanhartanto, by that do you mean you prefer to be unemployed? But by the sound of it it seems you'd like to establish your own business or work freelance.

well, unemployed is not a exactly right term. i employ myself, and i am employed by myself. yes, you can say it is a freelance jobs.

..i like that too.. atleast, if you are your own boss, then you can have your own decision, manage your own time and you can easily implement innovations that you want.. however, don't you feel boring also when you got to work with yourself alone..?

I want a job where my environment allows me to discover myself and broaden my horizon. Of course, earning money is a part because we're on this material world and I believe nobody can survive without money involved. However, I want to give my best when I enter into a job so I try to interview some of the employees in a particular company or office before I give my application. On the contrary, here in the Philippines, I discover that every office, every company has their own weaknesses. I realized there is no such thing as perfect workplace where you can go along with everybody because there will always be those who want to compete with you to prove that they are more capable than you are.
