Have you ever sat and thought about how you are feeling right now?Can you label it? Happy Sad Anxious Sad lonely Such a wide range of feelings we all have,yet I can never say how I am truly feeling. Numb is what I feel,not from any drugs or alcohol,just a constant state of mind.I seem to stay at one steady emotion,and I am not sure what to call it.But it is steady and never wavers.My daughter says I look sad,but I can't say I feel sad I feel nothing,unless it concerns my daughter. Go figure. Jas
