Do you believe of working yourself from the bottom up, or mooching?

The easy was would be just going out and trying to find successful friends, then mooching off from them. Now, I believe that working yourself from the bottom up, is always the best decision...but this is my opinions. I want to hear yours.

I think it is better for people to work their way up as they must learn more about the business that way and maybe along the way it would make them understand about the future people who will work in those areas.
