I'm working for Youngor-sunrise as a QA after graduated from school.Everyday i have to face the same people from another company which our bulk fabric were sold to and have to solve the problem they found. I think it's very boring, so i wanna change my job to be as a sales. There's still sth i don't want to give up, so what should i do? Is it RIGHT for me to change my job?

Find the reasons for your discontent, if it's just boredom, try to see the redeeming qualities of your job. Otherwise, if you think you need to to shift gears and look for a more challenging job, shop around for a while and see if you have the qualities that can make you successful in sales or other careers you may be thinking about otherwise, you might fail there. Consider your options, skills and capacity. But it is good to recognize that being happy at what you do for a living is a good factor to consider longevity in any job.

I think you should go for the job that gives you fulfillment. In that way you wouldn't get bored of what you are doing. If you feel that the job isn't for you then go find another job.
