I love fruits. they are healthy and taste great. I love watermelon, mangostene(very expensive though), lychee, strawberry( only available in Baguio City if you want it fresh here in the Philippines which is, i don't know 100 kms from the capital), grapes, orange, apple, pineapple. and many other fruit. if you mix them all, especially during Christmas or any other celebrations,,, waallaaa... you have a fruit salad. lol but for me, nothing beats the freshly picked ripe mangoes of the Philippines. so sweet, easy to eat, easy to share, you can even make it as a juice, do crepes and many other. that's my favorite fruit. what's yours?

lol, my son is actually being a little stinker lately about eating fruits and veggies!! he just turned four and is beginning to be very picky!! his favorite food right now is yogurt... he will eat about 5 tubes of go-gurt everyday!! of course he has stopped eating as much cheese and drinking as much milk now so I am glad he is picking up the calcium from somewhere else! ;) I just wish I could get him to eat those green beans and squash like he did when he was just a lil guy!

Hmm, where do I begin? I love berries, strawberries, rasberries, black berries and blue berries. Grapes, Washington Apples, California Oranges, Watermelon, and Muskmelons are great too! I saw Mangostene's in our local grocery store last week. How do you prepare them? I thought that they were a pretty bitter fruit?

Oh, ok! I always wondered about how to eat it! Is this mangostene fruit the same that has healing qualities like in Xango?

use a knife then cut it in half. make sure that you don't go all the way. once you touch the edible part(you will feel it with your knife) just go around until you have encirled the whole fruit. then pry it open. it's actually sweet and with some acidity. just be careful when you cut it though, the sap from the peel could stain your clothes.

I like mangoes too. Actually, we have trees here in my place. But my favorite is very rare here in the Philippines, it's mangosteen. The best that I've tasted comes from Davao. Happy postings. HUGZ!

I am a fan of fruits that are easy to eat, things that you do not have to peel or cut and for that reason I love berries, you can just eat them or eat them and then spit out the pips. I love Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries and various other types, but those are the ones I usually eat. I also love Grapes for the easy to eat factor.

Strawberries are my favorite and always have been. I like them so much that when I was pregnant I ate like 20 cases of them over a period of only a few days. I like it in smoothes, juices, and even in my salads. Not sure where I get the obsession from but I don't think I'll give it up anytime soon. I usually eat them with whip cream, sugar, or soak them in sweet milk. I'm allergic to a lot of chocolate, so I only have them covered in white chocolate, and only eat them every once in a while.

I know. I would have to ask the doctor for some serious medication so that I can keep eating strawberries.

All time favorite is lychee----- yes, very expensive here in the Philippines. Mangoes from Pangasinan! I love it, I can eat as many as 8 mango cheeks. I also love strawberriesfrom Baguio. Pineapple from Tagaytay and Seedless grapes. i love it specially when it has been cooled in the ref for quite some time.

I don't think I have a favorite fruit. I love them all. But I have enjoyed some fruits more than others, depending on where I am visiting or living. When I went to Hawaii, the fresh pineapple and tropical fruits were scrumptious. When I lived in Florida, local citrus and strawberries were THE BEST. At one house where I lived in FL, we had a banana tree of our own - growing right next to an orange tree and a grapefruit tree. The bananas from that tree actually had a bit of a citrusy taste and were soooooooooo good. I guess I learned to eat all kinds of fruits when I was a kid. We had two cherry trees and a peach tree in our backyard, and green grapes growing along the fence. In our neighborhood, there was a crab apple tree, rhubarb growing, raspberries and blackberries. As kids, we went from place to place, munching along the way. :-)

I would have to say my favorite fruit is probably watermelon that is a really nice fruit i could eat that all day, but i also like unseeded grapes, i hate it when they have seeds in, every 2 seconds you have to spit them out. Note to self: I really need to start eating more fruit....

Cherries, I love them. I am so glad that they are in season. I eat them till I am sick and then I eat some more. My stomach will be hurting from eating them but I dont care I still keep eating them. I feel that I have to eat as many as I can before the season runs out. I then I have to wait a whole year to get some more.

In Singapore the king of fruit is durian and the queen of fruits is mangoesteen. I happen to love of them. But durian is consider more 'heaty' stuff so I get to enjoy it only once in a while. Don't want to get sick just because of indulging in one too many durians. Nevertheless, it is still on top of my list of favourite fruits. I can finish the whole bag of mangoesteen without batting of an eyelids though. LOL!

good day.. there's a lot of fruits that I love so it is easier for me to point what I don't like. Primarily durian, unlike her cousin langka(jackfruit) which I love. I have still have but I can't seem to remember. I'll post it later if I do remember it.

Ahh~ I love fruits as well. My favorite out of all has got to be mangoes. :] They are so sweet, and once you refrigerate them they're just perfect. However, I do like grapes (I love them when they're frozen), watermelon, apples, white peaches, nectarines, plums, and all those other fruits. Haha. But I love cherries and mangoes the best! I can never get enough of them. Haha. ^^
