Nobody is perfect. We all have strengths and weaknesses that make us who are. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? How do you deal with your weaknesses?
For my part...
I don't have a particular thing that I am good at but, I know how to do a lot of things and that is probably one of my strengths. I can also write poems/songs and play music. My English is also significant. I am also a kind and warm-hearted person, although it becomes a weakness sometimes. As for weaknesses, I tend to be passive sometimes. I lack self-confidence sometimes too. I've been finding my way of dealing with these weaknesses and sometimes I manage to turn them into strengths.

Wow. That's a tough question. I know it's hard for me to admit to my faults, but I would say I'm a little to easy to anger and I get frustrated really easy. But my strengths are that I'm very empathetic and can understand other people's views very well.

My weaknesses are laziness (and probably not feeling guilty about it is also a weakness) and the tendency to procrastinate. I'm also more of a day dreamer than a doer. I also have a temper, although I control it better than when I was a kid. I can be stubborn and argumentative as well.
As for strengths, I think my intelligence is a strength. I'm curious about things (although there's a lot of things I'm not interested in that some people probably think I should). I can be pretty helpful. And, when I do work, I don't slack off - probably to compensate for my tendency to be lazy that I mentioned. And, I have a sense of humor.

Hi there,
Well i agree that we all have strengths and weekness. As a human we all make mistakes and we do a lot of things good which are our strengths.
Personally i feel i have more weekeness than strnghts to be honest. My biggest weakness is iam not very comfortable within me. Its like iam always fighting with myself. I need to sort it our quicly to make some thing big in life.
My strenghts would be iam very happy person. I have no complaints at all to anyone. I grab everything whatever comes my way in life. I like to work hard and give my 100 percent to my work.
Though there is room for improvement. May be time will mature me up and will bring more succes to my life.
Cheers,
Tutul

My weakness is that I always aim for perfection that I sometimes make it hard for myself, I am still working on this (I am a work in progress)...
My strength? I'd like to believe there are tons of things that I am good at. I'm into arts, I'm also into fashion. There are so much things that I do well. I'm good with my job, I write well, and I'm an excellent cook!

I think that my greatest strength is also my greatest weakness, and that is obligation. It is my greatest strength because people can always count on me to do something I am obligated to. No matter how much I don't want to, or how many things I have to do, I will fulfill my obligations. I do the job thoroughly; I am not a halfhearted person so I do it well. This is also a weakness because it means that people try to take advantage of me. For instance, my sister has 3 children and frequently guilts me into babysitting for no pay. I feel obligated because she is family and a single mom and cant afford to pay me, and so I do it. She takes advantage of this and so I have babysat nearly every night for the past 3 weeks with two more weeks ahead of me. I don't want to, but I feel obligated so I wont tell her no.

I would consider my strengths to be my ability to comprehend and to understand. Another strength I find is my adaptability, as I can quite easily adapt to new situations or surroundings.
My weakness however is my indesiciveness. I ve been trying to get to improve this. Let's see how it goes.

My weaknesses: Laziness, running away from problems, lack of willpower - and being pedantic.
My strengths: The ability to stay calm in a crisis, unusual sense of humour - and friends tell me I'm a good listener.
Good topic for discussion - thanks for raising it :-)

You are very correct! Nobody is perfect. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses.
I think the best way to see them well is to write them down on paper. Everything we feel significantly about ourselves, when we see it written down, can make us more aware of ourselves. It also makes it easier to "work" on our weaknesses in an attempt to turn them into strengths.
I like to think that my greatest strength is fairness. I believe wholeheartedly in being fair in every situation.
I am a good motivator. I get the ball rolling, in most cases. I was on jury duty once and my fellow jurers were turning it into a "personal story" session and not much was getting done on the case involved. I wasn't the lead juror, but I was the one who got things back on track.
My greatest weakness is taking care of small details. I've been working on that for a long time now and have gotten better, but I still need work! LOL

Hello my friend! Fairness is indeed a strength. Hmm, maybe taking care of small details has been neglected because we tend to focus on greater things. But I'm glad you've gotten better! Thanks for sharing! In due time, I believe you'll overcome it fully.

I'd have to say that one of my strongest assets is the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. I have met people for the first time and they talk to me about things as if I have known them of all their lives. Total strangers will often turn to me to just listen to their story. My weakness is that I can sometimes be very short tempered. Most things roll right off my back but those things that piss me off, do it in a bad way. For those things that make me mad, I don't really have a gray area. I struggle with my temper when something does make me mad.
