How to earn traffic? Any good suggestion?

I wonder i have posted this post in a correct place.Sorry if i'm not.Anyone here know how to or which is the good way to increase the traffic to a blog?Well,i'm just a beginner in blogging's world.I personally understand that quality post can earn lots of traffic,but are there still any other way to earn traffic?Thanks

I have used 2. Traffic Spawn and traffic G. Both are good sites for generating traffic. They have worked for me in the past. They have a 2:1 ratio.

Sign up with a free manual traffic exchange, or manual surf program that will start to get your traffic up. quality content will help also. The thing is you will need to surf to get your credits up so that your site will be seen
