I am LDS, my wife (above) is Presbyterian. There is absolutely no problem between us, we alternate Sundays between the two churches. The problem is between the leaders of our two churches (hers thinks I'm a heretic and mine thinks she needs to convert and submit. Ain't gonna happen!

Ohh. I have to say congratulations for you. ^^ I agree with your plans though. Religion shouldn't be the thing to hold you guys back. At least you guys came to a compromise. :] A very good one at that. Haha. I would probably do the same if I was in the same situation. It would only be fair to both sides and it's a win-win situation.

Funny that you should ask. My husband is Mormon and I am Presbyterian. Our pastors would not agree, and we dind't want to have one over the other, so we eloped. Now we are having a religious ceremony that we are going to conduct ourselves, as a way of uniting the two religions. Since we are already married, we do not need a pastor to officiate. We can lead prayers etc. ourselves!!!
