Can anyone tell me other classic tragedies?

I love comedies as well as tragedies, and sometimes I think tragedies are better for people to watch. Some stories are supposed to have sad endings like Titanic, because only in this way can they really grip people's heart. If Titanic had a happy ending, would you still feel the way you do now? Tragedies always get me to go through those that I would never experience in my real life. Of course you should be careful not to get into them for a long time, which is not good. I love tragedies, so I hope that you guys know some classic ones and tell me. Thank you.

i would suggest you look into the sinking of the RMS Empress of Ireland, that sunk only mere two years after the Titanic. The Empress sunk in the St. Lawrence River in Quebec, Canada. It only took 14 minutes to sink and had a greater loss than that of the Titanic. Another even greater loss ship sinking was that of the MS Wilhelm Gustoff (a German ship) at the end of WW2. Both interesting stories.
