Everytime I make a mistake on mylot, its always too late to fix it when i see it.This really irritates me to no end.I make myself so angry.I hate to make a mistake in anything I do.I wish there was some way to fix mistyped errors after posting them here.Who else has this problem?

I do wish there was a way to edit the discussions or responses after posting to myLot. I only get irritated with myself if I spot a typo after the discussion is actually posted. I never use the "preview response" below the discussion. It's easier for me to read what I've typed right here and also takes less time, dial up connection here. Unfortunately once the discussion is gone, it's gone. I think what bothers me more than making an error when typing is taking the time to respond to a discussion only to find the initial discussion was deleted by myLot. I find this to be rather annoying.

When i was younger i HATED making mistakes and would beat myself up over the tiniest one for days. Now that i am older i don't like making mistakes but when i do i fix it if i can if i cant i just say oh well and let it go. Life is too short to waste it feeling bad about something you can't change and i am not wasting it beating myself up and being miserable about it either.

It is irritating, noticing spelling mistakes. I have this problem, eve after I use the spell checker. It doesnt always pick them up. As long as its readable and people can understand what you mean then its not really a problem but it is frustrating!!

This is such a point of frustration for me, as well. Even though I proof read it, I end up leaving out a word, or putting in a homophone(a word that sounds the same but is spelled differently and has a different meaning) instead of the correct word. It drives me crazy too. I just have to tell myself to chill out, because we all do it. Usually people get the point, so we shouldn't worry too much if it says aloud, instead of allowed or there instead of their. It would be nice if you could edit your own writing, after it was posted.
