what are the best possible ways to keep us fit and healthy. is it necessary to join gym and doing workout daily to gain good body or there are any ways by which we can keep ourselves fit and fine.. share ur ideas plzz.

Hi A programme that combines good nutrition, weight training and cardio exercise will enable you to have a good body. Exercise program should be suitable to your body. You can do the weight training exercises with out going to a gym and try to do these exercises in early morning with empty stomach. Eat low calorie food and smaller amount in more frequently.
