The picture that you have on your profile. What is it. In my case it is a picture of me standing in a alley of a town I used to live. Some of you have photos some have graphic art. What do they mean. Who are they pictures of. Do they say anything about who you are? If so what?

well i've been playing the bass for about 30 years, and there are several bass players i consider mentors......i try to learn all their licks. i'm not talking bass players that play droning one note beats.....i'm talking complex progressive players. John Entwhistle, Geddy Lee, John Paul Jones.....but my favorite for quickness and complex melodies is Steve Harris from Iron Maiden. so my avatar is a concert photo of Steve that i replaced the background, added the flames at the bottom, and changed the lighting with GIMP(similar to PhotoShop)

See, i looked and never saw exactly what it was. LOL what is really funny is I thought is was a picture of a blond hair girl sitting on the ground in a flower field. Too funny. Now that i have seen the larger version of it i understand.

Yeah I found out that I had to use jpg instead of bmp files. I usually just convert all of mine to jpgs anyway.

My picture is a livejournal icon that I loved when I saw it. It's a pic of the characters from Slayers NEXT (an anime) sitting around and drinking tea. I think it's a bit self-explanatory if you know the show. Honestly, it was the firs thing I saw and liked when I was searching around for an avatar picture. I got so tired of not having one!

Never heard of the show before. I know what you mean. I hate going on a site of mine and not having an avatar setup when everyone else does. I feel so out of place like that.

It's a 90s comedy/fantasy anime that I really enjoy. If you like anime I recommend it.

My picture is something I drew 5 years ago. Actually, I was doodling, waiting for hubby to get off work. By the time he got to the car, there was the picture. I had written something at the bottom. "What seeks to encumber, she wears proudly, totally unencumbered. For she knows that the lines that bind her are imaginary lines, drawn only in her mind."I use this picture to remind me that whatever constraints I have are purely imaginary and, I can break them and achieve whatever I set out to achieve.

*LOL* Talented I don't know about but, thanks! Deep? Someone else said the same thing. I do get inside my head a lot and, yeah, some of it gets kind of deep and, kinda weird. Stick around me long enough and you will see. I put weirdo as one of the things I am in life*LOL*

My yellow face is a shot of me - every time I respond. "Should I?", "Will what I say be misunderstood?", "Am I out of my depth on this one?", "Did I overdo it?". I am terrifies of putting my foot (or both of them sometimes) in it when I respond and very rarely do I not hesitate before hitting the 'submit' button. That's why I have my yellow face wherever I leave my mark

Well you are suppose to forgive people for what they did to you. Sometimes it is hard so this gives me some incentive ... although I don't think that it would really count as forgiveness if you are doing it just to bug them - ;-)

Oh!! well, that's a good question. The picture in my avatar is my youngest daughter. I choose that because I love to see her all the time when I am in mylot. She is my inspiration in my daily activities and that includes my mylotting.

My avatar is of one of my favorite characters in the anime Bleach. Her name is Orihime Inoue. I can relate to her as I tend to be a little unsure of myself at time.
