I may not be on here for a while.

I knew how you feel. The other day for some odd reason my internet started acting up. I didn't understand why. I never had a problem with it before and then "BAM" out of no where it just wasn't working like it use to work. I have internet with Verizon, through their broadband. I even went to the Verizon store. The guy there supposedly fixed it. But when I got home it still wasn't working normally, matter a fact it was worst than before. So then I end up calling them up on the phone. I spoke to someone for a little while and he worked with me through it. But the minute we got off the phone it cut off again. It was so strange. I called back the next day and they finally got it working normally. But it was driving me crazy. I would be online for a few seconds and then off. Other times it would say I'm connected but not let me get on any sites. I hope yours gets fixed soon so you can continue on mylot.

Thanks for letting your myLot friends know as we will not worry about you, then. I had some difficulty with my computer this week too and it was, Is think, just because the heat finally got to it. It is old enough to replace but as this is just our vacation home so I don't want to shell out any bucks for equipment until we come back here in the spring. I will try to keep up with myLotting a bit over the next few weeks, but we will be off line some too. Good luck getting yours figured out.

call ur internet provider and get the problem solved as soon as possible.. call them right now... or else they will take their own time... and you will have to stay offline.. I also had to stay away from internet with a similar problem.. But i have a broadband connection... Hope to see you online without any problems...

Hi Bd200789! I am experiencing the same thing with my laptop but far more worse. I am just using my husband's pc at the moment and can only use it when he is on a break with his computer works. Thanks for letting us know. I sure hope that you can get your computer to work right. i know I sure hate it when I have computer problems. I have lovely dialup also. That is all that I can get in my are, I am told. I sure hope you do not have a virus. Maybe you can run a spyware scan. That may help.

I'm sorry to hear you are having computer problems. I know what a frustration that can be. My laptop was acting up a couple of weekends ago and it was really driving me nuts. I was really lucky that I ofound somebody who was able to fix it over the weekend, although when I got it back I still continued to hav e some problems. The computer guy came out to my house and fixed it. I was lucky. Of course I had payed him so I guess he felt occupied.

I hope that it gets straightened out soon for you. I had that happen and the phone company had to come out and replace the old connector box on the outside of the house. It was at the point where I couldn't even phone out to get them to come when they finally came.

many years ago,my computer was broken. i put it to computer shop to repair it. the shopkeeper let me take it for several days. i waited twenty days to take the computer.how anxious was i!

try to rest your computer maybe if its due to longer use that goes to overheat or you may put a fan on the back if it is needed to use...but if in internet connection maybe the isp(internet service provider)may cut off your connection for the adjustment of the internet connection my neighbors experience that too....low connection of internet....try to call isp if just the case....god bless and hope your computer will run properly soon.......
