Commonly misspelled words!

One of my most misspelled words is "privilege". I'm not sure why I keep misspelling that word. But every time I post, my Firefox spell checker flags that word to let me know it's spelled wrong. And it won't let me post the word, everytime. Instead, I have to use the word "every time". Pretty sure "everytime" is a valid word. Firefox disagrees! What's the most common misspelled word that you use? Which words do you always have trouble spelling?

It took me a while to get tomorrow right. I would think, "Now, does it have one M and two R's? Or does it have two M's and one R?" I finally have it down pat. I also have problems with weird. Is it wierd or weird? Well, wierd looks awfully weird, so I'll just stick with weird.

Awwwwwww. Sorry, BeautyQueen. It was not my intention to get you all confused. It is tomorrow and that is weird. It sure is cuz it's only today. Not unless you are in Australia where it actually is tomorrow. Did I confuse you even more?

I don't have my spell checker on so I don't have that problem, but I do misspell some words and it seems they are usually the easy words that I can't spell. Sometimes I get a brain lock and can't think of the spelling of the easiest words. When that happens to me I just type what I think the words is spelled like and I go back and read my posting before I send it to post, and then sometimes the correct spelling will come to me then, and I wonder how I could not have remembered that. Why was it so difficult to remember when I was typing it. Blond moment I guess.

Mine is guarantee, I always get confused with it and often spell it gaurantee. I just forget everytime I come to spell it. I do have a few words though that I get a bit mixed up over and have to keep looking in my dictionary to see if I have spelled it right or not.

I always misspell guaranteed. I either forget the u or put an e instead of the a or something. A lot is something I always mess up too. I think I have seen it before spelled as alot, but Firefox keeps underlining it and that red line makes me want to punch the computer in the face. Still, it corrects me a lot because I type really fast and have big hands, so it seems like I always hit two keys, screwing up the word. Typing this paragraph, I have done it upwards of ten times. Woops, did it again. :)

I used to have an issue with genius...always wanted to spell it genious (o-u-s just seems RIGHT! lol). Another one I have a problem with is "unnecessary"...always want to put double c's in there for some reason. Kind of a pain in the neck lol. Good thing I've got Firefox to let me know when I'm spelling it wrong!

I have to add that "everytime" is not a word. They are two separate words that are only used together. Everything is word, but not everytime.

The word tendency is always tricky for me. I use it a lot when I write papers in school because in psychology, you tend to speak in "tendencies" rather than absolutes. I almost always have to check to make sure I'm spelling it right.
