when you were a kid

I was very fond of collecting dolls. I would keep them in the showcase and make sure they did not get spoilt or dirty. In fact my dauther has broken all my dolls.

I collected stamps. My great-uncle collected them and he gave me a bunch of his double to start with and I collected them until I was around 18 years old. After that I stopped. Have a nice day

Hi hopejordan. Yes,as a kid I was really into stamp collecting and used to have volumes of stamps from all over the world. Even used to collect those first day cover issues for stamps. No longer have them though, but I do still have some very old coins that I collected as well

When I was 10 I used to collect Pogs. Little round hard discs with different images and some were scented too. You could trade them with your friends or play games with them. I traded, but never played. I think I like the fact that they were mine and I had a lot of different ones. I even had the long plastic tubes that you could store them in and I used my allowance every week for about 3 months to buy them.

I collected coins and stamps. I never knew what happened to the coins, I went to look at them one day and they were gone. I still have a bit of a stamp collection and sometimes add to the keyring collection which i started in my teens. We used to collect the picture cards from the packets of Brooke Bond tea - and i had the Monkees cards from bubble gum

Since i was a kid i really love collecting stuffs.I remember i collected letters,cards and tamps before but since we keep moving from one place to another i don't know where it went.Now, i still comtinue collecting personal stuffs like watches, jewelries,clothes,bags and other things.

I would collect ceramic and glass figurines. I really loved the hand blown figures that you had to go to specialty stores to buy. And my mom would always give me the ones out of the boxes of Red Rose Tea. I would keep them all lined up on my dresser. Of course I can't do that now, since my cats think they own the whole place and walk all over everything and knock things over. LOL

Hello hopejordan, I collected stamps when I was just a kid. Some I got from the mail and some I just bought from the bookstore. I love looking at the stamps with different pictures and from there, I learned something about the countries too. As I am getting older, I no longer collecting stamps. Unfortunately, I don't have the albums anymore. It is good if I can give those beautiful stamps to my son and who knows, he too, will have the same hobby like me.

I liked pretty rocks. They could be purchased or found, it did not matter as long as they were pretty. Used to love looking at all of my pretty rocks. I have no idea what happened to them all, my mom probably threw them away after I moved out.
