Change or Not?

You can always find a better job in this world and nothing is the best job. If you love your job, you can be happy wherever you are and if you dont know how to love your job then wherever you go and how much money you earn, you can never be happy. So learn to be happy with your job and love your job first. Dont always try to find a job which is better than the present. Because if you cant happy with whatever you have tomorrow you might find problem with the job which you will find good today. Learn and make yourself strong to love and enjoy your work. Hi there Kityzou, First of all, i like to say for you ; welcome at mylot!! i always happy to see a new member. I work in a hotel too. Its Melasti Beach bungalow at the Kuta beach Bali island. My work is also easy, I just waiting at the internet cafe. My salary is the same like my parent's maid. But what i like about this job, is i can use the internet when ever i want at my shift time. I use this time, to online at mylot. so i got two earning. About you job, if you bored of it, Try to send your resume in another company but don't left your old job, yet. It very risky. Don't decided for what is gonna to happen for your future at a bad conditon,It is not good for your self. specially the words : I don't thing i can fine a better job. Change this words into : I will find a better job for sure, if i try. Dear friend, Human wants are unlimited whenever we get some love our comfort zone arises and we want to more comfort I hope if one love your job any do job enjoying one could find a job satisfaction. More over at initial stages I too have difficulties with my job but later I started to love my job and now I enjoy my job. If a better job with better salary is waited why not go for it and enjoy that job. More over if you really began to love and enjoy the present job hope you got the job satisfaction. It is entirely upon a persons approach to a job and its depending co-workers. All the best you will soon get a better job or a better job satisfaction.

Well, maybe during your spare time you can scout for other jobs round the town, or you can start your own business...

I would stick 2 the job until something else better comes along.

First,stay,try to do your best,find something interesting.Then,find the job you want ,try to improve yourself.

The best way to handle this is to keep your current job until you find one that you like. It is easier to find a job when you already have one. Less stressful too. Especially in this economy.

At the time being you work with the same position untill you get better job for your regular monthly income, while doing your jobs take some time to search new jobs or talk this matter with your closest friends who really can help you, then you may take decision for changing new jobs. Other wise some time the same job may give you full satisfaction, wait for few days and have pations, Good luck for your job.

Try first finding a suitable job for you and went you 100% got the job. you could leave the job that you work right now.

I agree with the other people that have responded when they said keep your current job until you find another job. That way you won't be struggling to find another job, if you feel that it will be difficult to a better job. All I can say is in your spare time, look your hardest for a job. Surprisingly, a good place to look for a job is on Craigslist. There are truly legitimate jobs in your area.

depends what you need most. If you need the job for the money, then keep it. if you dont, then quite and find something better. you can also look for another job while you are in the present one you know... that leaves all options open.

Stick to your current job, then try to find a better alternative.
