how to get your pay?

hi im from philippines.. im a new member i just want to ask for some help because until now i dont have a clue on how will i recieve my pay.. i have account in moneybooker but how will i receive it will they mail the money in our house? or will they send it to my bank account but how? they didnt even ask me what was my bank account please spare me some help regarding this matter thank you..
