I've noticed this to be true so often.
I had a bad start to my day yesterday (woke up to the sound of an argument in the family and got into it) and things kept going wrong even till the time I hit the sack (the power went off when I was looking for my pyjamas).
There are other days when I have had a good start and the day throughout has been excellent.
Today the start has been calm and peaceful and the whole day so far has been the same.
Some of us begin our day reluctantly, some with joy, some with vitality, some with sorrow........ you will notice how these frame of minds and feelings can remain throughout the day.
Would you not agree ?

This is true generally. When things start to get wrong in the beginning of the day, we make it worse by thinking about it. We are obviously angry and dissatisfied and this leads to major concentration problem. Eventually we do not do next thing on the schedule properly. One mistake begets another!
And yes, I am no exception. In fact I think so much about it that I mess up even the normal things!

Me too. There are days that my day start with bad things. Things will continue that way for the whole day. So irritating...even simple and small things go wrong.
It's like a chain reaction. Or maybe because my mood is already ruined. That's why
my perception on things go haywire. As much as possible i don't want to start my day with trouble. Because i would be like a roaring ball of fire ready to explode, when the day is over.
