Chocolate vs Vanilla

Out of chocolate and vanilla I would get them swirled together with a cherry and crushed almonds. Some butterscotch sauce and pineapple chunks would also add a nice addition to it, only to be topped with a spiral of lemon custard that drips down the ice cream and freezes before touching the frosted cone. Yum!

For me out of chocolate and vanilla I would go for Vanilla myself! Why? because sometimes chocolate icecream can be to rich? or to chocolately, though I have never had a vanilla icecream be any of those but delicous! (=

It depends on my mood and the ice cream. Sometimes, I want chocolate, sometimes I want vanilla. Generally, if they offer chocolate, I will get that. I don't really like the chocolate vanilla swirl for some reason. I used to like it, but I don't anymore, it's got to be either one or the other. But, really, I like butter pecan ice cream or chocolate mint more than either chocolate or vanilla.

Definitely chocolate for me, for my dear ^_^ hehe =D Vanilla is too tasteless for me although it smells good.. lol ^_^ I will still prefer chocolate because i like the chocolate mint ice cream.. hehe ^_^ MUahhh and hugz

Alrighty!! I can't wait to have my next scoop. My all time favorite would be cookies and cream and the one from Selecta is my top choice! It has more cookies and they are really oreos (as far as I have seen and known.) the one from magnolia seems to be hi-ro or something. But it's still ok. It's still Cookies and Cream anyway. That reminds me, it is my favorite since it is the only flavor of ice cream which can make me finish half a gallon in one sitting. That contributed a lot for me to gain so much weight. Yeah, sis. I went over 260 lbs before at my heaviest. That's all. Take care sis!

My favourite icecream flavours is choco chips..i just luv it..i dont like vanilla or any other..Either choco chips or butter scotch..these are my favourite..yummyy.. Happy Ice Creaming..lolz..

Hello jinxky. I would choose chocolate because I am not fond of vanilla.

my wife loves vanilla ice cream for she can top it with anything she wants to top it with. she also use vanilla ice cream to make us fruit shakes or smoothies. me and my child loves the flavored ones. specially the cookies and cream, rocky road or just plain chocolate. so if ever we buy ice cream and i am the one who will pick then i will buy something with chocolate if my wife will be the one picking i know she will buy vanilla but the fun part of it when she buys vanilla i am sure she put crumbled oreos and some cookie chips on top so it will still look like a flavored one.

I wouldn't say that I have a favorite ice cream because I really don't have one. Any ice cream flavor you would serve before me would be fine. But double dutch and rocky road are the trend here in our office when there are birthdays and other celebrations so it is being everyones favorite here. My favorite ice-cream flavor would have to be Cotton Candy, yumm!!! I do have others I try from time to time, but my most favorite overall is the cotton candy. just can't pass it up.I love any coffee flavor one as well. Dee

just by reading the topic makes me want to eat an ice cream right now..well i would prefer chocolate. Vanilla by that way is the most popular ice cream and i thought before people would want chocolate more. Just learned it from a game show...

When it comes down to a choice between chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream I would choose vanilla every time because vanilla just has a better taste if you ask me ,but I will eat chocolate every once in a while,especially if it is chocolate vanilla swirl,even though I do try to avoid chocolate most of the time,since I am allergic to it.

I prefer vanilla over chocolate. Too much chocolate is, well...too much for me. So those triple chocolate or double dutch or chocolate fudge types really don't suit my fancy. I'll go with a plain vanilla and add some caramel and peanuts to it :) Perfect!
