Free Web Hosting Site.. HELP

My first question is has anyone used pinkpaper.info? Has anyone heard anything about them? If i start my business on this site with my domain name there also can i later change it to another webhosting site? Is this difficult to do? What are the legal consequences if any? I was referred to midphase from the person who is going to set up my site for me. But i dont have the money at this moment to pay the year in advance. And not much patience either i am afraid. I want to get the site up so that i can begin on recruiting for the site. Any and all information greatly appreciated!!

any free web hosting will be limited. I would be leery of any web hosting that was not a .com site! You can always change your web hosting, difficulty depends on your knowledge and site structure. Make sure you have a business plan before you start

Thanks. My knowledge isnt good. I am having someone build the site for me. I want to get the ball rolling. I have my step by step plan and i need the site up first to begin talking with people. Thanks
