I felt headache after I drank barley early in the morning.....

Yesterday night,I cooked barley. So this morning,as usual I did not take any breakfast. Instead I took a bowl of barley. It made me headache. I wondered if the barley which made me headache or what. I did not know the reason but one thing for sure I felt so dizzy.Why? Anyone who knows please share with me.....
