I like a girls sister and their twins and the girl got mad at me for liking her sister and wont talk to me i dont know what i value more her friend ship or the twin sister

she got mad at you for liking her sister because she liked you and she thought that you like her too. just talk to her and explain about what you fell for her sister and your feeling for you to her.
