need help with back pain im 13.. O_o

Yeah .. im really active in sports, cricket rugby footballs etc and i havent had any injuries over the past 8 months (about). yet, when i sit down for about 20 minutes to have my dinner, i need helop from my mum or dad to get up because i cant do it alone. What am i doing that is causing me to get this really bad back pain, or is it perhaps something else completely different that i am missing? please help.

Have you consulted with a doctor? I think what you need is probably a back massage but then again the problem can be more serious than that.What part of your back hurts? There is lower, upper and middle back pain.... Do you feel any pain when you cough or sneeze? Does it travle down your legs? What about when you use the washroom?

Hello pacman,No worries, back pain effect 30 percent of athletes,especially football players suffer from back pain.My colleague used to have this back pain during matches.Many athletes assume back pain will subside in time but,If pain persist physical exam is essential.I suggest you should should increase your abdominal and low back strength while decreasing your waist size.I hope this will help prevent.Keep healthy and cheers....

sounds like you need a good massage on your lower back. The pain can also be because your hips might be out of place and that can put you whole back but especially you lower back. Sometimes going to the chiropractor can solve the problem. They will give you some exercises to help with the muscles in strengthing them. Good luck hope this helps.
