Anyone, not from US - upgraded with Clixsense?

Clixsense seem to be a great site to upgrade with for US citizens. I have been a member there for a while but dont get many ads, and everyone keep telling me that I should upgrade. - So since I'm not from US I'd like to hear if a upgrade will be worth it. Pls. tell me your experiences. Thanks!

I am not a US citizen and i upgraded my clixsense account a few days ago. It only took a day. I already made almost $4.

I have seen the list of top referrers in their site , there are so many people from outside US. I think those who bought referrals must be upgraded members who want to benefit from their referrals. so I guess clix sense will be worth to upgrade.
