What is about ? and who was it with ? The last one I had was with my colleagues 1 month ago and it was on a new business idea. It when on for over an hour. Although I felt good about having put across my views strongly and having got the end result in my favour, it left me mentally drained out for some time.

This is only yesterday. I had a terrible fight with my best friend over something quite petty. He is a gem of a person but when he gets angry no one can compete with him. It's good though he hardly gets angry. Yesterday, I admitted of doing something which he thought I don't do anymore - a very simple thing. And he started shouting at me and I added my share to it till we found ourselves shouting on top of our voices on phone. Now, we are not n talking terms, my mom is the middle man! this will stay for a day or two, then things will be okay, I am sure. Alok, you made a valid point there. It might sound fun but things are not that easy. I am specially drained heavily. I get low, down, depressive and sometimes it takes toll on my health as well.

Very often it is the smallest of things which starts of a debate or an argument, and when you reflect back on the whole incident while keeping in mind the amount of energy you have been drained off, you will wonder why you got into it the first place. Mimpi, you need to take it easy and not let this affect your health. He is your best friend, and i'm sure in a very short while things will return to normal and you will have a good laugh on the whole incident. Now who makes the first move towards making up and the role of a mediator , good point to start of another discussion ? Smiles

Thanks In most cases he and in some I make the first move. Actually, I think, its mutual. At one time we both feel that we just have had a lot and need to stop it. And out of the blue we start to talk normal!

I hate heated debates. I hate it when it happens. I would much prefer to just hammer my ideas through their thick skulls than to have them hit back with their lame answers and low-quality suggestions. Cheers!!

I'm sure they would let you win the debate hands down, though i'm not to sure they would want to invite you to the next one. Thanks
