The INEVITABLE

Leaving this world is a terrifying experience for many if not all of us. Life is unpredictable and one must be ready at all times. If the inevitable happens, what way would you like to be rested? Would you prefer cremation or being buried intact in a cemetery or private place?

Uhm if that happens, I want to be in a nice cemetery where my family will be comfortable whenever they visit me.

It's funny that this subject should come up today, we just watched Bucket List last night, excellent movie. It deals with this subject, among others, I have always figured I would be buried, however, I have never really figured out where I would want to be buried. I guess it will all depend on where my immediate family is buried, and what the circumstances are at that time, as to where I am living at that time.

I would prefer to be cemated with my ashes placed in the memory wall at Sunset Villa, the Danish community where my family has celebrated our special ocasions for our generations.

I will be doing whatever is the least expensive as I prefer to leave as much money as possible to family. I also intend find out (at some point in the far distant future) what my family members are more comfortable with since they are the ones that will be participating in whatever ceremony (if any) takes place. I'm not going to be there.

It does terrifies me thinking about it.I am worried about my kids,my husband..etc.There is nothing we can do except accept the fact that everybody ends there. If something happened and if given the chance to say what or how i wanted to be buried.....I would choose cremation. It would take only a small space in the cemetery or maybe have it displayed, lol

You are practical. Its also worth considering especially if the economy still worsens.
