Can google adsense and bidvertiser go together?

Hello, my friend who has a blog with a quite impressive google page rank put both google adsense and bidvertiser ads on same page-the result is that he got banned frm both the sites.Is it stated in TOS of google adsense that u cannot include other ad sites along with it?or is bidvertiser which has the prob?
