What do you think, is our ecnomeny growing or falling

President Bush thinks we are doing fine, he thinks we are going through hard times but that everything is still growing slowley and we will be fine, others disagree with him, here is a news story about what bush has said about our ecnomeny and about the banks falling

You must have seen his press conference a few minutes ago. Is he totaly delusional? Or is he kept in a shelter of some kind that lets him overlook the huge numbers of people who have lost their jobs, as well as those who work hard, but still can't make ends meet? If the economy is growing, HWERE is the growth? We're in very big trouble, and he seems to be the only person who doesn't know it.

Yea the econimist say we are about to be in a recession, It maybe another great depression, but maybe its what we need to realize that we need to take better care of things, maybe a fall will help us build a better country, maybe we wont fall all the way, but stay on the verge of falling intill we fix it, i dont know, but i do know that im going to make sure we make as much money as possible right now. we have a business but with all this going on im thinking no one will want to spend money on jewelry

I know what you mean. My jewelry business, my tools and machines for making jewelry, etc., are carefully packed up for use when things are better, too.

Hi liber,
I don't know actually but my husband is also positive about this..He has a strong belief that this will be over soon..I will start to think negative all the time but he is very positive..
I hope the president is true! It's hard to survive for most people if this will not stop, if the prices will continue to increase!

Yes he thinks so since he is rich,he probably is doing GREAT...I wish he could step into the regular peoples shoes for about a month, then he needs to hold another conference and see how hes doing after living like normal people have to live....He don't have to buy gas,and food and deal with anything..How the Hell can he speak for us when he does not live like US.....

He's a moron. Things are getting worse and as I've said to others get used to the high price because greed has set in and they will never go down again.

yes i dont really seeing us being to worried about prices, my fiance is a tight wad and we do just fine, and can dojust fine with higher prices. I think we may need to fall and start all over on the building of our country
