Is snorning contegious?

i believe it is not. as we all know the cause of snoring is more on anatomical aspects of our airway. it might be caused by narrowing of it, some are poor sleep posture, abnormalities of the soft tissues in out throat (floppy tissues are more prone to vibrate, that's where you get the sound of snoring) the position of the tongue could be another factor when it get in the way of breathing. though i heard that yawning does? what you think about it? or is it contagious? :-)

i think it's an urban legend. indeed, it is possible that you snore when you are tired. yet those still boils down to the anatomical factors of our throat and people who are obese. there's only one thing for sure that could justify this, when we are sleeping our muscles and those tissues surrounding or with in the airway relaxes and much more with being tired. once it vibrates, there goes another sound.

I dont know whether snoring is contagious or not but then it really disturbs the other persons sleep. It is really a common condition and it affects many adult people. Its bad because if generally affects the health and sleep of the partner who is sleeping besides a snorer. It is very difficult to sleep besides people who snore louder, sometimes people get scared also because of snorers. Usually when a person is congested along his air passage such as the throat and nose, a snoring sound is produced. Almost all people experience snoring but this is not so harmful condition.
