I love using lotion. I always put it whenever I go out to prevent my skin from drying out or to avoid UV rays to get into my skin, I'm afraid to have skin cancer...LOL How about you? Do you use lotion everyday? How many times and what type of SPF do you use?

Yup, I use lotion daily, especially before I go out. The sun over here is sometimes scorching hot; so I'd use a sunblock 30SPF. Moreover, my office is fully air-conditioned, so the lotion will help to moisturise the skin. I'd also use lotion at night; also to keep the skin from drying, as our bedroom is also air-cond.

my skin is really dry but really sensitive so anything irritates it and lotion makes me itch for some reason.. then some scents are too strong for my allergies so i just try to stay away from it now.. unless im going to the beach and then i just wear sunblock spf 40 or something

Hi jeiyah_12, I don't use lotion everyday, just occasionally. I don't put anything on my body specially lotion when the weather is hot. Or even I have to go out somewhere, this will be useless due to dust and dirt that I will get outside. I used to put some lotion when the weather is cold, and I do that when I was about to sleep and after taking a half bathe or shower. I just do this once before I go to bed. My lotion, I don't know If this contains SPF. It's scented and it just bought by my sister, it smells like sweet vanilla. Thanks for your post! And keep on posting to earn more.

I agree with you Bea... Aging is usually visible is skin... Wrinkles and freckles aren't good to see when looking at a mirror... Keep our skin healthy!

Yes I do and yes it does do A LOT! It helps your skin from aging. If your skin is always dry, you will get wrinkly sooner. Moisture is great for your skin, and it helps you tan faster and keep your tan longer. I don't like Tyra, but one show I saw, was when she said the best tip her mom gave her was to moisturize every day and EVERYWHERE. It looks healthy, too.

Yes, I try to use some type of lotion on a regular basis. It helps to moisturize me after I get out of the shower. As far as SPF, I'm not sure. I believe that having lotion is handy to have. In the winter my skin gets pretty dry and that's when I need it the most.

Yes, cold weather can really dry our skin... Lotion is really a must for cold seasons, and also for hot one... Use SPF to protect your skin from UV rays... The Ozone Layer isn't that good anymore...

I use hand cream a lot because I have hand eczema and it's really painful if I don't put cream on it. The oils in my hands don't seem to come back very fast after I wash them, either, so I always have to have hand cream around. I also use some kind of cream on my face that has and SPF of 15. But, I rarely burn, so I only wear sunscreen when I know I'm going to be out in the sun all day. I know I should wear it all the time as I am Caucasian, but I just forget or don't feel like it if I'm only out for an hour or less.

I'm not as vigilant as I should be about wearing spf lotion though I know you should wear it everyday. I probably remember about every other day to wear my spf 20.

I use face moisturizer everyday with a SPF of 20. When I'm going to be out in the sun I use sunscreen, SPF 30. I use more lotion (non SPF) in the winter when my skin is drier.
