I have started few discussions and I saw responses to that in which I feel there are 2 or more responses as good. If I need to choose both or many more responses as best responses what I can do? Is there a way for me to choose more than one response as best in mylot? Please advice. Thanks. Triguna M S

Hey there! Well, we feel the same way with discussions where there are quite a number of responses that deserve the best response. Unfortunately, we can only choose one. It should really be the best response. We differ in how we do it though. The responses are most of the time different. Some even give more details and some doesn't have quantity but in a few sentences could perfectly share his/her idea. It's totally up to you to choose. Use your instinct if it's really hard. But so far, there can only be 1. Take care.

I'm guessing you can't and you have to choose one but I'm suggesting to rate all the other good answers with the plus button ;) It's a little think but better than nothing :D

If I'm not wrong, nothing is happening in the discussion but it raises the reputation of the single user. You can see that moving the mouse on the star near each nickname (you'll get one as soon you're reaching 100 posts). More info, here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx

I have the same problem. AND WE CANT CHOOSE TWO But when it comes to choosing between two or more great responses which we are FREQUENTLY RECEIVING HERE... I take into consideration their support to my other topics (if they are really always there to respond to every discussions I've posted) and the friendship we've shared! It only means that I do value THEIR EFFORT, LOYALTY and most of all THEIR FRIENDSHIP! I hope I did help you in making up your mind... last word, mind should be used but listen to your heart as well.

It also happens to me, always. There are times that I really find it hard to choose which response should I mark the best response because both of them answered my query or gave a detailed and informative message. But since giving best response (and giving positive rating also) boost someones reputation, I based my choice to the reputation itself of the person. Or sometimes, I look at their profile to look for their other response so that I can choose the one who really deserved it.
