Maybe it went like this, what do you think?
Adolf: “Eva mein darling, I feel so fed up, all zis vorld domination is getting me down. Ja, unt zat fat barstard Himler is always making some joke, alluding to mein height.”
Eva: “Ach, mein darling, don’t take any notice of that Himler, he is ine stupid fa g.
Adolf: “But I just don’t seem to get the same kick out of killing communists and Poles anymore.
Eva: “Well, what about Jews?”
Adolf: “Ja, ja, I could kill all ze Jews. Ja, zis I am liking, hm, hm, hm. Oh Eva, you always know how to cheer me up! Vere vould I be vithout you?”
Adolf, laughing maniacally, "Mwhahahaha, mwhahahahahahahahaha."Eva "Ja unt crush ze Englandeers."all the best urban

A punch line? You want a punch line; hmmm, not sure there is one.
But if we feel that Hitler wouldn't need a pep talk and yet couldn't be confident that Einstein, Shackleton, Mother Terrasa, or someone else never did then it would be interesting to know why, nes pas?
