I was worried ..Mylot went far too quiet..

[b]It never happened to me. Every time i open my lot. It's always buzzing with life and activity. I always have difficulty choosing right discussion to join. I always visit the no responses section to help newbies like me. Then i alternate between my friends post, hot topics, and today's top.[/b]

If I stay on myLot I tend to cruise all the categories but if I can't find anything that tickles my fancy then I go to Facebook and write a letter to my surrogate daughter, or a I phone a friend on Skype. If that fails I may go and look at my blog. Otherwise I might well peruse the BBC and New York Times websites and if all that fails; I go to bed. I usually look to see if you have posted anything though. That always cheers me up. Oh, I suck up to my friends too.

ruby222 I keep checkiing different headings here til I find something that interests me and I usually find all'sorts of interesting things just by digging a little bit and not just g going to my friends but all the other sites and I always find something I like.

I useally have plenty to keep me intertained in here between all the discussion and all. If at any given time I don't see of any thing interesting to me I'll go play games and do my surveys which I have plenty of those always for me to do where I'm signed up with so many. MyLot useally has it's fast and slow paced modes depending on the day.

There are sometimes you may encounter a quite or silent in a discussion especially if not very well interesting topic. Just relax and chill out for seeking enjoyable topics to be discuss..

I am still freshed here in MyLot for only today I become a member and if MyLot will be so quiet often then I guess I have to try the new, recent discussion if those people in my friendslist have nothing to respond on.......the same way I do today because I still have 3 friends in my list that I requested.

I have faced this situation more than twice. I select discussions only if they interest me. Only then I can share my views. Sometimes I would not be able to choose the right topic for me. If I'm not able to find any interesting topic, then I switch of to other sites or anyother work.But surprisingly you can find more interesting topics if you return back to mylot in few more minutes..

Hi ruby, If this is slow or no notifications and nothing to respond..I will hang out at you tube and watch my favorite videos, songs or anything that I will come in my mind.. A lot of times too, I will be checking my friends at friendster and send some messages! I am very busy Mylotting this time and no time for long chat with them..LOL! I also drop by in news site to hear what's happening all over the globe!

I look at my favorite topic and that is travel, then I look at other topics that are similar like traveling and travelling. Next I look at related topics like traveler and travel the world. If the travel topics are thin on the ground I look at friends discussions, enjoy life, life, parenting, internet, laptops, dogs and other topics that I enjoy discussing. I thank members that have given me a best response or add comments to replies to discussions that I have started.

I check my email inbox and that is where I find the Mylot buzz. I check each one that gets into my mailbox and that is how I know something is happening with my discussions and responses. After doing all of that, I proceed to respond to top discussions. I wonder how they get to become top discussions. Hmmmm..

It is hard when it goes like that, I just cannot seem to get motivated then to answer anything. I always just do what you do, go through my emails, then my friends to make sure I have not missed anything and then I go through all the sections to see if there is anything else. Failing that I give up and go and do something else.

I just signed in last night for only a few minutes.I still don't feel quite well because of recurring migraine attack.I did not notice what you said.But there are days when i thought/see that discussions are the same after one day,few only are added.And if such time comes i'd still go and find some discussions that gets my interest.

i don't know.maybe your friends are busy with other things.and you know,we don't stay here for a long time.we must do other things for live and others.if you stay here too more times,you will not have enough time to do your important thing,although mylot is very interesting.are you often come here ever ? and we will not to earn too much money in here you know.so there are too many people who are usually not things to do in here. if the student often in here,who he pass the test.and the worker often come in here who can earn money for themself. and if i often come in here ,and i will not to do othings that is more important than here.so many people have to leave here for a long time.but not so long.they will come here becasue they need mylot and you.

Hello ruby222, I usually look at my e-mail box and do my responses when that finish I chesck my friends list and the I have look at today discussions and respond to them and then I might start a discussion, if nothing else is going on I hust watch t.v.for a while and wait for any e-mail to come up.
